Refund policy
1. Application Fee Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy
Processing fees for personal loan applications and related services are non-refundable once processing has begun.
2. Rescheduling a Personal Loan Application
Customers wishing to reschedule their personal loan application may do so by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or visiting the nearest branch. Please note, the fee is non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
The company may, at its discretion, issue a refund of the amount paid by the customer in very exceptional circumstances.
4. Document Request for Refund Verification
The company reserves the right to request specific documents, including but not limited to, the Customer’s Identity Card for the purpose of verifying the customer's identity during the refund process.
5. Refund Request Denial
The company reserves the right to deny a refund request if there is reasonable belief that the request may be fraudulent, illegal, or involves any criminal activity.
