Fake customer service & social media accounts
Tambadana’s official Customer Service is ONLY available via email at [email protected] and our verified Instagram account @tambadana.my. Tambadana NEVER contacts users first — Customer Service only responds when contacted by customers
Fake bonus & shopping voucher offers
Scammers often lure users with promises of bonuses, prizes, or shopping vouchers. These offers may seem tempting, but they are fraudulent. Never click on suspicious links or engage with such schemes!
Misuse of MyKad
Never share your MyKad number with anyone you don’t trust
Protect your personal information, including MyKad details, to prevent unauthorized use
