Organizer

The “Deepavali Giveaway 2025” campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is organized by Wawasan Cojaya Sdn Bhd (Company No: 201401047621 (1123810-P)) (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not proceed with participation.

Eligibility

2.1 This Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.2.2 Permanent, part-time, or contract employees of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.2.3 Eligible participants must meet all of the following:• The loan must be taken during the campaign period: 17th to 31st October 2025.• The loan must be repaid according to the repayment schedule specified in the offer.
Note: Loan overdue must not exceed 5 days.• Each customer is limited to one valid entry, regardless of the number of loans taken during the campaign.2.4 Entries received outside of the official Campaign Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

• All eligible new and returning customers will be automatically entered into the giveaway once they meet the campaign criteria.• No additional steps or registration are required.

Prizes

A total of 48 prizes will be awarded:• 1x Modenas Kriss 110 (motorbike) – RM5,000• 5x iPhone 15 (128GB) – RM3,000 each• 10x Samsung Smart TV 55” (Crystal UHD 4K) – RM2,500 each• 7x ASUS Vivobook 15 (i3, 8GB, 256GB SSD) – RM2,200 each• 10x Amazfit Bip 5 Smartwatch – RM350 each• 15x Philips Essential Air Fryer 4.1L – RM500 eachAll values are estimated and may vary depending on market prices at the time of giveaway.

Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.5.2 All winners will be notified via email and an official phone call from Tambadana. The Organizer may also use Direct Message (DM) on relevant platforms, where applicable.5.3 If a winner does not respond within 3 days of being contacted, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner without further notice.

Prize Redemption

6.1 Winners may be required to visit the Tambadana office or follow other redemption instructions as advised by the Organizer.6.2 Prizes:• Cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other alternatives.• Must be claimed by the named winner only.• May be delivered via courier or collected in person, depending on Organizer's decision.

Publicity & Personal Data

7.1 By participating, participants consent to the Organizer collecting, processing, and storing their personal data for campaign-related purposes (e.g. prize verification, delivery).7.2 Participants agree that their name, photo, and/or comments may be used for publicity, advertising, or promotional activities without further notice or compensation.7.3 The Organizer may disclose personal data to service providers, partners, or authorities when required by law.7.4 Winners agree that the Organizer may take photos and video recordings of them with their prize, which may be used in promotional materials across media channels (social media, websites, print, etc.).

Additional Terms

8.1 Visuals shown in marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact prize.8.2 All taxes, charges, and costs not explicitly mentioned as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.8.3 If a prize becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal or higher value.8.4 The Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 By entering the Campaign, participants agree that the Organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim (including death) arising from participation or prize usage.9.2 The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized entries, or delays beyond its control.

Final Decision

10.1 Winners are selected randomly, and all decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Campaign shall be final and binding.10.2 No appeals, correspondence, or legal proceedings will be entertained.
